This is a gorgeous community. The apartments are beautiful and have wonderful floor plans. Their features are up-to-date and very liveable. The community amenities are many. This community is located in the heart of the shopping area of town.

It's in a great location, and the office staff is friendly and professional. There are a few improvements I would like to see, such as the already mentioned built-in microwaves, and I wish the walls weren't so thin. Overall, despite the sour taste the reoccuring maintenance issue has left, I recognize that I'm receiving a good value. The only reason I wouldn't recommend it more enthusiastically is that it isn't the type of complex geared toward people of my demographic (30's, single). That's not your fault, but it would keep me from encouraging others with a similar lifetstyle to move there.

Cost of apartment is too high so while I would recommend it...it is unlikely they would rent here versus renting or buying a house for the same price.

Rent is too high. I loathe the gates. My mailbox being located on opposite side of complex from my apartment is also inconvenient.

THE SPEED BUMPS ARE AWFUL

Speed bumps are HORRIBLE idea. There are plenty of unnecessary ones. On top of that, these bumps are very high for sports cars excuse me but not everyone in the community has an SUV. A better speed bumps would be the wider ones and these that break your car. And how are you planning to plow the snow with these bumps? Because of 2 or 3 drivers everyone in the community has to suffer and break their cars because of these bumps
