The community is well maintained. The leasing office is inviting and the colors are neutral. I would recommend this community to others.

The community was located directly behind shopping and a movie theater. It was close to public transportation and freeways. The community offered one and two bedroom apartments, and the amenities included laundry facilities on-site, a fitness center, clubhouse and swimming pool area. There was covered parking and the community was pet friendly for indoor cats and dogs not weighing more than 20 pounds. Courtesy Patrol was on-site and the staff was accommodating.

It is a very nice apartment complex for a family to move into. The place was very well kept. The place felt very safe for couples and families to be. This is a place I would rent out if I was looking for a place to live. The staff is very accommodating to the tenants' needs.

The stated rental rate seemed more than fair for the available amenities and apartment features. The one bedroom apartment was very well organized and the living space appeared optimized for the available square footage.

This community is a bit older without any upgrades to offer to the residents. Perhaps adding a shower head will help as this provides a benefit to the resident. From a visitor's perspective, this community lacks commodities for residents.
