What A Hassle!
The most inflexible people I ever meet. They have no idea about moving companies cost to move ones personal items. I explained to them I cannot wait to 10:00AM because it would cost me several extra hours waiting on them to give me the keys to my rented apartment. I went a day early and paid the required security deposit and one months rent to get the keys, no such luck! The other hassle was with the security deposit and one months rent, they do not take cash, personal check, debit card, or credit card. I made a mistake I was $.0.80 cents short on all the money orders I had to get, well it was no for waiting to next month to pay the $.08 cents.
Woods of Awesomeness
Location- It is in the middle of all major areas. The best drive you can get to Ft. Belvoir. Short drive to the mall/movies and more. Really though best location around when it comes to driving anywhere.
Value- Compared to EVERYTHING around it is completely affordable and in the last year there have been no problems with crime. You would think the cheaper the complex the more crime and problems but not here, not at all.
Maintenance Service- Easy to explain, you call they come to fix it. Doesn't get much better than that.
Quality of Amenities- They have two pools that are nice. A tennis court too. My only issue is it looks like they once had a basketball court but there isn't one there anymore. I wish they had a basketball court with decent durable rims.
Noise- The walls are made of concrete so you can't hear anything at all, it's kind of awesome.
Office Staff- I saved the best for last. They are amazing. The group of people in there working to make you happy and get you the place you want are amazing. I had some issues with a couple things and they helped me out completely. When I transferred from a one bedroom to a two bedroom(cause this place is that awesome) the office staff worked together with me to make it seamless and hassle-free. They made paying a breeze and they were just so nice. The office staff alone would make you want to move in.
Long story short...If you are looking for an apartment, I wouldn't even look any where else because this place has the same ammenities as anywhere else except the drive is better, it's cheaper, and the staff is probably the best group of people you will ever meet!
