We moved in at the end of 2013. We were actually thinking about moving somewhere else instead but we really liked this place because we felt more secure having a gated community.

Unfortunately shortly after we moved the gate broke. It has now been at least a year and the gate is still broken. I wonder what will happen if something else big breaks?

Each time I have called the managers they haven given me the same answer for six months! I just don't see how anything should take one year to fix. Many times they say "we are just as concerned as you are". I think that is such garbage. I could find a contractor to fix anything in less than six months. We could maybe build a whole new apartment in less than six months. This is completely unacceptable.

I plan on moving out as soon as my lease is up unless I find a way to break my lease and move out sooner.
