but I warn them about the trash problem

The Valet trash service is something that is currently being addressed. We are working with our vendor and they are letting us know when there are residents that are not following the proper procedures on when to place trash outside of their doors and ensuring that the trash is in the proper receptacles. I trust you will notice changes in the near future. Please let me know if there is anything more I can help with.

I would recommend living at Zoso, however the rents are some of the highest in the area. Given that the apartments are beginning to age (older appliances, wear and tear, etc.) the rent is quite high. The community amenities, while well maintained, are limited - particularly the gym.

The maintenance of the building is lacking - the appearance of the carpet, walls and garage seems to be unkept. The hours of the leasing office and front desk are also very unreliable, so receiving deliveries, food or other items can be a challenge. Also, lately residents have been very loud late at night which is not conducive to a family or young family atmosphere.

I live near the trash room and it is not uncommon for the hallway to stink like trash. This is very unpleasant and not acceptable.

It really is a good complex. The gym could be upgraded and the coffee and garage security both need to be in working order more of the time.

The apartments themselves are nice but the amenities are basically non existent. There are tons of buildings in walking distance that have lower rental prices and more amenities such as a pool and a 24 hour concierge.

I would recommend the apartments and location without a doubt but I think there are better price deals with more amenities to be had very near this location.

Gym TVs are broken. Coffee machine is sometimes broken. Balconies get very dirty because they are covered. Would be nice if cleaning them was included in lease renewal.
