The agent knew her product and presented it well. The community made a good impression in the area.

The community was well kept and looked nice. The amenities were well taken care of. The Leasing Professional was very friendly and personable.

The community was in an excellent location near the highway, schools, shopping, and the Metro Station. It had views of the National Harbor. They do not offer free WiFi in the lobby areas, pool grilling areas, or the conference room. The age to use the fitness center is 18, however, the age to use Planet Fitness is 13.

The renovations and upkeep at this community were very impressive. The indoor/outdoor pool was very unique, and heated so it could be used year round. The staff there was exceptionally friendly and provided great service during my visit.

The property was tucked in off a major roadway. It had many appealing amenities and large spacious apartments. The views are great and staff was friendly and accommodating.

Great staff, good views, quiet property that's generally well-maintained, but there are at least a dozen new or completely remodeled apartment communities open now that have much higher grade furnishings, more sophisticated amenities, etc for similar rent. The lower the rent stays, the easier it is to recommend as I think HG is a good value.

I have in the past and will continue to recommend HG in the future, the one problem people have issues with this property is that it's too expensive, rent + parking is a lot and maybe combining and reducing rate would atrack more new tenants

The leasing professional was very friendly; like an old friend. She loves her job and she gave excellent customer service. I would refer others to this very nice community because they will know they will be taken care of.

I have recently (again) renewed my lease at Huntington Gateway. The management, staff and maintenance employees are excellent!! Any repairs requested have been completed within a 24 hour period and correctly. The concierge staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. The management staff seems to really care about this community and bend over backwards to make this a great place to live. The grounds are well maintained, as well as the amenities such as the pool, gym, grill area, tennis court, etc. The shuttle service is VERY reliable and on time!! My apartment is very nice, great view of river/downtown and it is a quiet complex. Parking is underground and never have had a problem finding a spot. The community seems extremely safe and most of the residents are very friendly. I would highly recommend this community.

This is a great community. The amenities are great and it gives you the feeling of being on a 'campus'. You never have to leave after returning home. They are also in close proximity to shopping areas.

The property was nice, and the apartments were a good size. The amenities offered were good, and the all-year-round swimming pool was a winner. The leasing professional was great.

The amenities of the property alone are worth the rental rate. I would love to live there.

The community offered a great location. It seemed like a great value.
