I have been living here for over 2 years and the staff went from bad to worse when the management company changed! They don't address issues AT ALL! Things that once use to be not allowed are now done freely...dogs in the pool area, people not cleaning up after their dogs, alcohol in the pool area which most often ends up with loud obnoxious people and music until late into the night. The parking is a MAJOR issue!! There are people that have more vehicles than residents, people with work vehicles and then they expect you to pay for covered parking or garage which others use without paying. You will pay the same water bill whether you have one person or six and add the wasted water from landscaping sprinklers that have been broken or working improperly forever.

The manager is too lazy to even get out of her chair to greet customers and pays more attention to her text messages than customers. The asst manager will tell you what ever you need to hear. If there's an issue you address with them if it gets fixed/resolved at all it take about 5-6 times hounding them.

This is a small community so, with three staff members you'd think they'd be able to more than handle issues but it's a lost cause! Several of the long time residents are all moving when their leases are up!
