On moving out, after a year, partly due to the poor condition of the amenities, I was given an exorbitant bill, which I queried with the Millennium. Some of the charges were factually incorrect, for instance charging me extra rent despite me having already paid the amount THEY had calculated. They have refused my request for clarification and/or more information, and seem completely unwilling to meet. Please beware, particularly when moving out!

The community was nice and well kept. The amenities were very nice and in good condition. The leasing agent was friendly and very helpful in my apartment search.

This apartment community was very clean, neat, and well managed. The apartment community was definitely located in a very busy part of The Woodlands convenient to the Woodlands Mall, entertainment, dining, and shopping.

This community literally sells itself. The amenities and location were second to none.

The community did offer a lot, it had the best of the best location. The property was surrounded by everything residents needed within walking distance. It was a really great location and great apartment with great features.

This property definitely could provide everything that you could ever want in a home, from the beautiful apartments to the nice property. I could definitely see myself relaxing in the living room or sitting out on the balcony. It will be nice once the construction is completely finished.

This property is gorgeous. Outstanding common areas, very impressive attention detail in the units I toured and so many amenities. I felt like I was at a high-end, boutique hotel. I would definitely live here. The customer service was excellent, the location is perfect and the grounds were pristine. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the corridors. It was a tad difficult locating the leasing office but I do think that the construction of the new phase has something to do with that.

The leasing professional was very professional. She took the time to know me and my interests. She catered to my needs and was able to provide me with alternatives when I was unsure of things I wanted that they did not provide.

The community and leasing area was nicely setup. I did not see any signs that said the staff was out on-site and would return shortly.

The agent was nice and professional. I may have come at a bad time because it just seemed that it did not matter to her if I leased there or not.
