The community is in a great location and has very good rates. It is an older small complex that seems more homey than a lot of larger newer complexes.

The apartments were offered at a good rate. I would have liked more trees or shade but it was okay.

So far everyone has been really nice. If I had to ask someone who was making noise after midnight, they agreed right away.
The location is incredible--right on I-10.
HEB grocery is right around the corner, restautants all over.
Making maintenance requests is super easy online.

I was not impressed with the property. I was very impressed with the leasing professional. I feel the property needed some uplifts and something done about the washer/dryer connections.

I had a nice time with my leasing agent. She seemed to genuinely want to help me find a place to live. The property seemed to be maintained fairly well but it is showing some age. I like that they have a free TV room and free WIFI room. The amount of square footage is generous for the rental rate.

Even though the leasing professional did not have anything to show me, she showed me the floorplan. She described to me how the apartment was laid out and how it would benefit me and what I am wanting.

The associate was very attentive while we were talking and while she was showing me around the complex. She seemed like she did want to be there at the time that I was inquiring about the complex. The associate was very friendly and helpful.

I did not view the property amenities. The agent provided information for me and was helpful in describing the apartment features and property amenities even though there was no apartment available to view.
