Very convient to downtown... price a bit to high for problems not bean fixed when need be overall place is ok..

For the location, price, and amenities Hemisview is an excellent choice for downtown. Perfect for accesses to the major highways and better for the downtown and southtown lifestyle.

I have thoroughly have enjoyed myself by living here. Any day of week I can park and travel to the coolest places downtown, hop on the highway easily, and explore everything that the city center offers. It is fantastic to see the great scene developing around Hemisview and it still has the quiet neighborhood feel with superb access to bikes, trolleys, and event

It has great location. Sound insulation is horrible and I hear pounding from the neighbors nightly. Noise from the interstate and road is rather loud.

My family and I live here because the location cannot be better. We are a few minute walk from the River Walk, Alamo and everything in between. The staff is incredible. They are always friendly and caring. Our ONLY complaint is that the pool is used by everyone, including individuals who do not live in the community. I am never able to take my daughter to the pool because it is over ran by people who don't live here. I have lost count of how many times I've had to call the front office and the police to have people removed from the pool. It's a safety concern and needs to be handled or we will not renew our lease.

The general housecleaning of the halls and garage and trash areas are usually dirty and a mess.
Outside condition of building is good

It's a relatively quiet place to live, except for during the day when large groups of people who may or may not be residents swim and play music loudly. The best feature is the location in proximity to downtown. Plenty of parking, and the apartment features are comfortable, but the building is usually dirty or smelly, in the elevators and parking garage and maintenance requests could get handled right away or forgotten about.

I love the location but that's about it.

I've only Been here a couple month's but overall its OK here , nice area , close to downtown , nice pool , nice apt , theres a few things that do bother me - Is that the Maintenance isn't that fast into fixing things & at times near the mailbox area there will be dog poop all around the area & it bother's me that i continually see people come from the apt's across to come swim & they don't rent here , I don't think it's fair , for me I feel the owners need to put a new system because everyone that i see that comes from the apts across has the code to the gate , but besides all that , its ok living ,& for the Management & staff : I can say the Manager is kind & caring & her staff as well ..

The community was very pretty. The amenities and apartment were very clean and inviting. The leasing professional was pleasant.

I was pleasantly surprised with the interiors of the buildings, the amenities were top notch, and everywhere was clean and attractive. I was given an excellent tour and would be very happy living there.

HemisView gave me an eviction notice because its own automated rent payment system failed to deduct the rent from my checking account. The management didn t even bother to call me or see if there was a problem with the automated system. So incredibly unprofessional. Also, my neighbors below me have loud, drunken parties on their balcony until 4am or 5am on weeknights. I ve complained numerous times to management and the San Antonio Police and nothing seems to be done about it. Other than the maintenance staff, which is excellent, living at HemisView has been a pretty horrible experience.

Based on the impression of the staff, I did not get a very sincere willingness to help me. Based on the property, it was nice and I would enjoy based on the area, but it was the same as the one next door.

I was pleased with the location and upkeep of the community; the community was quiet and the residents I encountered were friendly. The team seemed well organized and the amenities well appointed. The interior of the apartment gave the feeling of being in a home rather than what I would expect as standard apartment living. The architecture and design was impressive, and I loved the large windows.

Good location, poor standards of living. Garage and stairwells leading into the building never cleaned, breezeways in some areas, including the ones leading to my unit, are filthy. Fitness room is only half functional at best. Pool area is usually not clean. Trash room was left filthy for weeks, broken ketchup packets, recycling items, trash all over the floor. Residents do not clean up after their pets so there is pet feces on the grassy areas bordering the property. Kids screaming in hallways every morning and afternoon. Secure doors are/have been broken for months. I have seen residents prop doors open with rocks leaving the property vulnerable, but they do it because the door locks do not work with FOBs.
