Roach problems didn t help...Never fixed the second treadmil in the gym...it s been out of service for seven months!! There are only two treadmils...I would make it a high priority to make sure they are both working!!!

The community was over the top with its amnesties. The apartments have crown molding, spacious closets, media room and so much more! The office was very peaceful and so were the ladies in the office. They spoke softly and professional. The online system for application, deposit and monthly rental payment is incredible. The community seemed very quiet and relaxing. It was very clean in the hallways, and the gates were properly closed. I felt safe on this property.

This downtown community offered one and two bedroom apartments with balconies. The amenities are centrally located. Residents have covered parking. I toured a model apartment with an open floor plan, large closets, a laundry closet, and a pre-wired monitoring system. The lease rate was reasonable for the square footage, location and amenities.

This is an awesome community with professional and courteous staff from the top down. They have everything you need. It is a great downtown location. Stop in today and find your new home.

It's the first place I've ever lived where a long term resident didn't receive some kind of incentive for signing a new lease.
Too many people now living here who just toss their trash anywhere in the hallways and parking garages.

The community and benefits were very good. What the community had to offer was above and beyond. I did not expect to see that many great features. The only thing that did not pass the test was the outside of the community. They need more green plants and more color to their signs, plus make the signs larger for people to be able to find the place easier.

The staff does not enforce the swimming pool policy.
The website does not reflect past rent payments. It only shows transactions from 2012, and not 2013.

We are close to everything - nightlift; restaurants; San Antonio's great festivals; and great people.
Sure there is no HEB around, but you can be at HEB in 10 minutes....just like if you were in the burbs

I was delighted that I was welcomed as if I were a friend visiting. I was treated with respect and most all of my questions were answered. I would have leased there, and this would have been the end of my search. I would have packed up and moved there.

The leasing professional who helped me was very disconnected. She was not very interested in helping me and it was clear from the moment the target agent passed me off to her.

The property was beautiful. It seemed very homey and comfortable. The location was great for downtown living. It has great access to the highway and great views.

It is a great place to live. I would run to lease!
