The Landing Round Rock is a great place to live! I really enjoy the friendly staff and all of the fun activities they have for the renters. It feels more like a community. The amenities are wonderful. They have numerous pools, a spa, basketball court, tennis, volleyball, mini golf. The apartments are well maintained. If there ever is an issue, they usually have someone out the same day if not immediately. The price you pay for what you get, can't be beat! I have lived here since October 2014 and this is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. My fiance and I will be staying for quite a while! :)

When we first found about The Landing at Round Rock, we went there and checked it out thinking it was going to be to expensive, and it wasn't and we fell in love with the apartment! It has good pricing, 3 different pools, hot tub, movie theater, pool table, and it is a gated community! WhatI love about the apartments is that they look like town homes, have a garage attached, plenty of parking, very spacious, and they look luxurious. The office staff are nice, especially Michelle she is AWESOME! The maintenance are decent! We plan to stay here until we buy a house which will be another couple years. I definitely would recommend these apartments to anyone!

We have lived at the landing for a year and a half and will be staying here until we purchase a home. I love the town home style and spacious floor plans. Their office staff is friendly and caring and are not just there to rent the apartment and then not care if you are happy like other apartments do. When they say they hold get together/social activities, they actually do! About once a month. There are 3 pools, 2 bar style hot tubs, basketball court, tennis court, putting green, pool tables, gym, theater, and a plays-cape so there is always plenty of things to do. If you go here ask for Michelle or Tabitha :)

This apartment complex, was wonderful swimming pools. The spa has closed, and nothing has gone into it for now. This is the only community that has a 4 bedroom with all apartments having garages, that are attached. The service is very good, but the gates seem to always break.
