There Doing A Little Bit Better
There trying to improve they got rid of the old crew an Im most definitely is happy about that the black maintenance man "NEVER" work an the black woman in the office "NEVER" did her job either she was to busy sleeping around an drinking beer with the maintenance guys but Melissa is doing a "FANTASTIC" job.
horrible!!!
Please consider looking at other apartments before moving heer my contracts almost over and i truly cannot wait they have slow maitainence

although i did not have any bug issues whatsoever....this place is TRASH!! I broke my lease cause the office crew are HORRIBLE, maintenance don't fix anything. You call and they will say they're coming but don't. Then when they get there the "maintenance" person don't know anything at all. I had a light issue where dining room light just shut off magically took them forever to get professional out to look at problem. Then the vents looked like they had NEVER been changed at all. Broken tile, cabinets looked like they had been water damaged. NOT like the apartment they showed me at all. The "lead maintenance man" Doug, who I think has been fired cause I seen him moving yesterday, laughed and said the apartment I was in was't even ready. I had issue with birds trying to get into dryer vent because there was not covering on outside they told me to keep running my dryer. Bottom line....save your time don't even bother renting here!!!
