Yes, without a doubt - my one unknown is on what it's like to go through a lease renewal.

I believe the staff could be more energetic and more professional, they could also work on focusing on the people in front of them.

Would recommend because of its location, ameneties and prompt service request handling

Neighbors not friendly, demographic not what I expected

I like the apartment and all they had to offer. The agent was very nice and professional.

I have spoke to others about my experience and I am surprised to here their stories. With thirst stories and my experience I am not at all recommend this apartment to any one.

The community was located in a great area, with very little traffic. The leasing professional provided me an average presentation. She did not attempt to personalize the tour, and she focused more on telling me about the apartment, and less on getting to know me.

It is easy accessible to highways. Shops near by. Easy commute to DART. Easy access to collage for students. Near to shopping and happening places. The elementary school is near by and good ratings. I would recommend this place to all who are looking for above needs.
I don’t recommend this place who need a personal closet space, dining and living space with double bed rooms. It’s very compact and the moving space is not in one direction for the C1 model. This is good for family with two members. We can’t hits any events because of limited space. For all those I would recommend different apartment spaces but not the c1 model.
