Wonderful apartments; great, great staff; beautiful landscaping.

The community had a lot to offer. The apartment offered so much closet and storage space and the pricing reasonable.

Great area/community. Again, I would like to see that there's better security, concerning operable gates and consider having panic buttons throughout the apartment community.

My apartment has tons of space--lots of closet space, room in the bedrooms, and nice big bathrooms. if we do have any problems, Orlando, the maintainence head, is always quick to remedy the situation. Our fireplace and balcony also add atmospheric elements that we enjoy regularly.

I have always recommended Valencia to many, many people for years.

Thin walls, creaky floors, no consistent time for office lunch closings (makes it tricky using clubhouse for meetings), screaming kids, old appliances, limited gym equipment, limited covered parking, flat wall paint, cheap interior doors.

Good, safe community that feels welcoming. Amenities are kept in good condition, which I am happy to frequently use.

The trade off between apartment and rental rate was excellent. I felt I would be getting a lot for my money. The leasing agent was great and the community was very nice.

The leasing profesional was naturally engaging and a great communicator. They proudly showcased the amenities and highlighted features in the model that were similar to the floorplan coming available. They made an attempt to close the sale while still in the apartment. Based on the quality of the presentation, I would refer this leasing professional to friends and family.

The one by one smaller apartment had a lot to offer, just bring your own microwave.
