The community was well-kept. The leasing professional did an excellent job of highlighting the amenities and the local attractions. The amenities were well looked after and adequate. The location was convenient and close to major roads. The guarantees offered, including the 24-hour service guarantee and the 30-day satisfaction guarantee was a plus.

I believe the staff was very nice and personable. I do not feel like the location was a place I would like to call home, because I did not believe I would receive a good value in exchange for the rental rate. I currently live in an upscale McKinney area, and I do not believe it to be wise to downgrade only to move closer to work. I felt like all apartments should be updated on the countertops and possibly add a backsplash to the kitchen area. The community seemed plain, rather than a place I could see myself relaxing and enjoying the thought of going home each day.

I would as they are older but comfortable and spacious. I love the space and location.

If I was a real prospective resident ,I would probably be shopping for a different community. The apartments were older and dated. The community offered decent amenities.

Great place to live.. I feel safe here being a single mother.. I just feel the rent is too high for the age of the apartments but I'm sure we are just paying to live in Plano.

I really enjoyed the community and the customer service and presentation given by the leasing professional was excellent.

Only negative thing for me is the maintenance latency. Rest of the things are great. Lack of car port as part of the rent and it is very scarce.
Another recommendation for me would be the lack of a party hall for tenants when we have to bring lot of guests.

Expensive, evidently, lots of vandalism when office is closed. Would be better if someone in management lived on site or if we had security guard

My biggest complaint is the plumbing problems that repeat. Currently I have a request in to have kitchen sink pipes cleaned. I get a loud girggle when upstairs run water or disposal.

The attitude of the agent was very professional and would be encouraging for anyone looking to move there. The community itself seemed a bit dated, even though everything was clean and well kept. For the location, the price was definitely a good one.

The leasing agent was very professional. She was very kind and I really enjoyed her presence. She made me very excited to be at that location. She was very knowledgeable. If I was in the market for an apartment, I would definitely select the community to be my home. The community was well kept. The only thing I did not like was the cabinets, as they were outdated.

I like the quiet friendly astrosphere of the park.
