The staff seemed super friendly and like they enjoyed working with one another. The community was beautiful and well kept. It did not have many flaws. I was impressed with the gym and the pool area, I also very much liked the coffee machine in the office. Overall I would lease there due to the attentive staff and beautiful apartment homes.

the rent is a little elevated for some. parking is horrible
We have rolled out a community controlled parking policy that will be taking place over the next 60 days. It will involve one of the largest audits that we have done today at this property. We are excited to be able to offer this to our residents and help fix the parking issue. Be patient with us as we start this audit and start issuing the parking permits.

if i invite friends or family to come visit and they hear loud music from cars riding around , teenagers riding their skateboards in the parking lot, smaller kids running loose in the parking area, grounds not kept up , they would not want to move here.
These are the things that we count for on our valued residents to tell us. We do not all live here on site and rely on our residents to let us know what goes on after hours so that we can act in a timely manner to reach a solution. Please continue to inform us of these things so we can take the actions needs to resolve them.

The community is perfectly located close to shopping, restaurants and a whole lot of retail and businesses. The community had some distinguishing characteristics like the tanning bed, splash park, and playscape. I was not a fan of the office decor or the paint job, but the amenities were well maintained and odor free. The upgraded apartments had some great qualities but that carpet should be replaced with a multi color Berber. This would make a great community for a family.

Alex, First allow me to thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. Your honesty shows us that there is always room to make things better. It looks as though you have been here since the beginning and seen all the changes of management. With all these changes we can see how overwhelming it can be on the residents and we are glad that you have allowed us to be able to serve you. With any property that is as highly occupied as we are there never seems to be enough parking and for that I apologize. We do have it in our budget to fix these parking issues this year and hopefully get the parking issues resolved. With the abundance of police personal on site we offer a since of security that perhaps not many complexes can offer. We, CWS have only been here for a little over a year now and entered this property at a funny time. With this new year in full swing we have many things that we want to do to help our residents out with ALL their concerns. We hope that you choose to continue to call us home and see these changes happen. Should you choose that you no longer want to call us home we want to wish you nothing but the best in the future. And should you ever be in the market for a home again that you would consider us. Thank you for being a part of Stone Hill.

The biggest complaint I have is having a bedroom over a neighbors garage. The motors are cheap and extremely loud. I've asked management if they'd be willing to install quiet garage door motors and they said no however this was from previous management. Maybe current management would be able to handle this on a one on one basis. I would highly recommend this place to friends however I can't due to the fact my wife and I get woken up every morning several times as neighbors leave for work. Unfortunately I don't see us renewing our lease because of this. It's unfortunate because if we could get a descend sleep we'd most likely live here for several years.
