Overall the apartment meets expectations with a few blindspots. Mostly the enforcement of noise levels at the pool after 10pm and rare days that trash pickup does not occur.

I think they are a bit pricey for their state/age. They are priced more in-line with newer luxury apartments instead of the local apartments that are of similar age/condition. But the staff is friendly and the apartments seem pretty solid.
