I have really enjoyed living here the last 11 months its a great location, and I love my apartment:) very convenient that Century is near 75 and close to dallas tollway with the mckinney country feel. The apartments are always pulling the apt community together. The pool is tranquil and the color scheme in the apt are so modern. I am renewing my lease this month and happy to be spending another year here. All the neighbors are kind and no loud music. Lots of families live in these apartments.

I have been living here for 6 months and thought this will be my resident for years to come, instead my ceilings have leaked and there is a continuous dripping sound coming from the ceiling whenever the water is used. They are beautiful inside but poorly built.

I have lived here for a few months. The apartments are pretty, but there are some serious problems with the way this place is built and run.

The worst part about this apartment complex is the management. They are completely rude and incompetent. They will be smiley and nice to you before you move in, but once you do, things completely change. I would say that if you're going to move here, make sure you get everything that they tell you in writing. They will not hesitate to lie.

Also, if you look closely you'll notice that the complex is very poorly built. Things are already falling apart and the place is brand new! Another problem is the that a lot of the other residents here are jerks. People speed and peel out through the neighborhood and run stop signs.

Bottom line: Don't move here. You will regret it.

I have lived in these apartments for 4 months, yes the unit is nice visually and the complex offers many amenities; NONE of those perks compensate for:
THE THIN WALL...EVERY SINGLE MOVE THE NEIGHBOR MAKES IS HEARD, including flushing the toilet.
THE CONSTRUCTION IS SHODDY....this is a brand new complex..it took a month to get the hot water heater to work properly. The unit upstairs HAS FLOODED my bathroom via the ceiling poo fan.
None of these irritations and inconveniences are worth the high rent and pretty kitchens.
DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!!

Very hard to get a hold of anyone over the phone. I understand that they are busy because they are new and have recently opened but maybe they should hire more staff. I agree with the other review, beautiful apartments and good price but they need to work on their customer service.

Seriously need to work on their customer service. We had already paid our deposits, and were calling to see what other fees were owed before our move in date. The lady we spoke to was incredibly rude and acted as if we were a complete waste of her time. She then proceeded to say she would call back later when she had the time. We got a call hours later to tell us she didnt have the time to help us today. Beautiful apartments, terrible service.
