My first impression of the community was: This place looks like a resort, with all the restaurants and bars, and boutiques in the front of the building. And the colors match a resort theme. The leasing agent was very personable, and kept the conversation going non stop. The whole experience was very pleasant. The gym is not bad, not great, but better than average.

The community is well-maintained and the floor plans were well-designed. The elevator is a wonderful option for handicapped and those with restricted movement. Being located near a retail mall is also a plus.

The leasing agent was good at talking about the amenities of the apartment complex. She seemed friendly and knowledgeable just kind of rushed. The appointment time was for 3:00pm however I did arrive at approximately 3:06pm. There was a clock note saying will be back at 3:45pm. I arrived at 3:45pm to an open office.

The apartment would have been good for the value. The community seemed nice from what I could see and the location is great. The LPC professional could have tried more to sell the community and everything it offered. It could have been a better experience as a whole.
