Only here a week and regret it..My neighbor snores like crazy and wakes me up throughout the night..For the price we pay, I should not hear everything that goes on in their apartment. The main reason I chose pricey apartments is because the quality is supposed to be better..I must say they threw these together and didn't give a care. They didn't really think when they installed garages undernunderneath tthe apartmentsapartments that we hear going up and down constantly..ALL II CAN SAY IS..CCAN'T WWAIT TIL MY LEASE IS UP.

y nice. However for this to be a new property it has many maintenance and foundation issues to work out. There are cracks out side of my door and all the way down the hall. I can hear my neighbors when they come home and leave, doors slamming, when my neighbors turn their water on I hear it, when they walk I hear it, when a garage door opens my floor shakes and is loud. I feel like I am living back in a college dorm. I can't wait until my lease us up. Not to mention the horse trailer that has been parked in the parking lot taking up 4 spaces for almost 3 weeks now. And they charge you for trash, admin fee, sewer, and pest control (even if you never use it) monthly. The rent is to high, not worth it at all. You can live in a downtown Dallas high rise with views and shops in walking distance for this price.
