The staff was very informative and helpful during the application and moving transition. I had a ton of questions about the area because I am not familiar with the area and all the girls in the office helped me once or twice and they were always so professional and friendly. Set my move at ease. The day of move in while I was in the office singing papers, I met one of the maintenance staff and he smiled and said hi, and when I headed towards my apartment he pointed me in the right direction. The property is so pretty and the pool is beautiful.

I have lived here for 4 years and I absolutely love it! Office and maintenance are great, although there was some change it didn't effect me!

I have lived at this property since the beginnig when it was Alta Vista Ridge and have seen a revolving door of changes in managers and leasing agents. But since this new propery ownership 'knightsinvestment' has taken over, it is going down hill fast. The maintenance crew makes excuses for not being able to fix struture problems in the apartments like, leaking roof, odor from drainage, cracks in walls just to name a few, and management wants you to just live with it. Even though you're paying almost $1000 in rent, and this is for a one bedroom/sunroom. This recent management team is very unprofessional and rude. They try to bleed you dry with ridiculous late fees and charges and this is after being two days late in rent. The previous property owners allowed 10 days before an eviction notice was filed. Now mind you, I've lived there for almost 10 years and have only been late twice. I say that's a pretty good record. Anyway I'm moving soon and cannot wait. Good luck
