I had a great experience at this community. Both of the leasing professionals I talked with had a very pleasant personality and were genuinely interested in helping me out. The community was in great condition and very welcoming.

Information provided to me regarding this community was very positive and delivered with confidence. I felt the staff were genuine and seemed to want me to be a resident.

The best thing about this property is the amenities. There is a great resort style pool with a wading area and cabana. There is also an outside lounge area with a fireplace and theater.

I liked the community and all the amenities in place. The location is close to everything and within walking distance of shopping.

I enjoy living here the only flaw is that the front gate always breaks down and It would be nice to live in a gated community again soon.

Its ok, the apartments are good looking inside and out and I love having a fireplace. Sadly, one of the gates is ALWAYS broken, there is usually a lot of trash on the ground and i can hear every footstep above me. The location to the highway is great and the gym is decent. The pet fee, deposit and montly fee equal to an outragous amount, garages are also way to expensive and there are no carports which even most cheaper apartments have. If i had a 10 point scale i would rate this place a 6.5.

I love where I am at ....but probably would not have chosen if I was to know about the parking situation...I get home at 5:45 to 6 pm...and seldom can park near my bldg....usually have to park over by bldg 6 or 7....that has been very disappointing for me and because of cold and wet conditions not a good experience....water drainage is bad in that area when there is heavy rains so I have to walk around to get to my car....Taking showers or filling the bathtub and my washer takes longer time because of lack of water pressure...
That is what I would tell anyone wanting to move here

The leasing agent was wonderful and was very detailed. She gave an awesome presentation. The property was very nice and well maintained. The leasing agent spoke highly of the management company.

I would but I would tell them the parking is very bad at our bldg. and to double check about the location they move to...

Its well cared for.

This is one of the most outstanding apartment community's I have visited. I was impressed with everything about this property. The pricing was right, the management was perfect, and the leasing professional was very knowledgeable and nice.
