Parking

I have been living here 3 years jist have an issue with the parking. I love the new manager Ross is timely on all matters.

Great Location, Great Apartment Complex.

I love the location. I love the apartment complex. It really has been a good start for my wife and I since we just got married this past year. We use the work out facility and pool. Enjoy living there so much that we decided to renew our lease.

The only complaint I have had is with packages that are sent to the complex. I have had several items shipped to my apartment and regardless of who it is, the U.S. Postal Server, UPS, Fed-Ex, they all will leave the package with the front desk. We even had an issue where we requested the package be dropped off at the door and they still had the complex sign off for the package.

If the complex is going to sign off for the package, they need to have hours that are suitable to the people who live there. They only allow you to pick up the packages during business hours, which means they close right at 5:30. They do say that they are available on Saturday same times.

I get off at 5:00 and I work 30 minutes away. I either have to wait a week to pick up my package on the weekend or I have to drive home early from work and pick it up.

When ever I mention this to the staff, they always chime in saying that this is a courtesy. We are not a delivery service. I even had one staffer say that they don t have to take our packages and they describe how they spend half their job actually getting packages for those who live there.

To which I replied that would in fact make you a delivery service.

My request is that they do not take packages at all to have better customer service with the front office or they would hire someone to only keep track of packages. They would add this as a feature request when you sign up for a lease.

It is very frustrating because I had a time-sensitive package that I needed picked that day.

When they signed off for the package, they stuck the package in the freezer.
When my wife was able to pick up the package in the morning, they did not realize they stuck the package in the freezer and told her that they do not have a package for her.

I emailed twice that same morning into the front office, called in 10 times, and never received a reply. Thankfully I was able to get off work early and the lady finally checked in the freezer.

This is customer service that makes this apartment complex look awful. So not only can they not allow us to pick up our packages in a time that is suitable for those who live there, but they also don t have a system capable of handling the number of packages that flow through their front office.

This is what you get when you handle mail as a courtesy and not as a service.
My only request is that you either get rid of the courtesy and not sign off for packages or you allow us to pay for a service that would handle after-hour service.

New Managers

I m extremely happy with the new managers we have in the office now. Very knowledgeable, very fast turn around on everything. The noise level with hearing neighbors is very minimal.

I think the only thing I would change is maybe repainting all railings in the stair wells and on the porches to match the building.

Other than that... love where I live!

Great

Love McKamy Lake.
