While this is a beautiful property, most of the practices/policies are sketchy, horrible communication and do not take responsibility for anything. I contacted the corporate office 4 times with no response. It is super close the train tracks with no barrier between so it is very loud! Renting someplace else would be a good idea.

We have lived in this apartment complex for over 2 years and LOVED it when it was owned by Alta. recently it has been bought by IMT and we have been completely disappointed. The Alta staff made it a pint to know who we are and knew us by name. The IMT staff still does not recognize who we are after they have been here for about a year. I feel that they have been more concerned about repainting and redoing the perfectly good clubhouse than they have been about taking care of bigger problems like tenants that have been causing problems and parking. This company has not tried to keep us as tenants even though we consistently pay rent on time and always have. When asked to renew our lease this past year, we asked about any current specials that we could take advantage of being that we are loyal tenants and we were told that they could not do anything. Period. We recently received a complaint from the Maintenance about our one trash bag that is sitting outside of our apartment when there are two tenants that stock-pile their trash in their trucks in the parking lot. Also, there are tenants that smoke at the bottom of our stairs and leave cigarette butts all over. Again, we have been completely disappointed in this company and look forward to moving out at the end of our lease. I would highly recommended another apartment over any IMT apartment.
