On move in heater was broke, repaired same night. Mid January washer broke, still not fixed. On move in toilet fills tank every 10 minutes, still not fixed. Overall we love the place, just a few small repairs are needed.

Like the apartment and its location.The carpets ,kitchen appliances are new.

Cons:
Phone goes to voice mail on numerous occasion.Need better handling of phone calls
$75 for a returned check is too high.Less fines would be more tenant friendly
Free credit card payment would have been nicer
Ceiling height is low compared to other societies
Gym is not so well equipped.Its AC was not working for more than 3 months

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff, the appearance of the community, and the showing of the model. This community has definitely moved to the no.#1 spot on my list of apartments.

I liked the leasing agent very much. She had a high degree of professionalism. The agent on the phone was also very professional. I thought the amenities were inadequate for the size of the property. I also did not like that the business center was not available to tenants when the office was closed.

This is an older community, but extremely well maintained. The amenities offered are very nice while the sales/service staff were amazing. Witnessing the interaction with the residents and their lunch with the kids really set them well above standard and showed their commitment to ensuring both residents and guests continue to feel welcome.

This property has very good value for living in this community. However, there is bit more to be desired. It has normal amenities that all apartments have.

The leasing professional was very good. She really did do her best to find me the place I was looking for and within my stated budget.

I think that community was nice and the location was absolutely great. The prices in comparison to the community amenities and the unit features were fair. Though many of the other communities in the area have updated features, the community was acceptable.

I would be undecided because the apartment shown to me had a smell, although the model was decorated very nicely and neatly. The smell concerned me. Being the model, they should put some freshener in the apartment.
