The staff was very friendly and informative. The property was nice and appealing.

From what I could see on my own, it was a decent community in the Irving/Las Colinas area. It looks like an older property. I did not view any apartments or amenities in person.

The community looked well maintained as I drove around it. I was not even told about the amenities or shown any of them.

I would not recommend the community to others looking in the area.

The appliances in the apartment were very dated. If upgraded appliances were offered, it would make the apartment feel newer.

The community was very easy to find and located in a very quiet area. It was still close enough to major roadways and shopping centers. The staff was friendly and eager to make this place my home. A great value for the money.

This complex is a good place for a good price. The office staffs are friendly and very helpful. Management is upgrading and adding new features to the complex.

Staying experience is good so far.Staff and maintenance people are good.
All actions are taken immediately.
As buildings are little old which results in few complaints.
I did have lot of complaints on trash not being collected in week, case was that trash was being collected from lower apartments but level up apartments were ignored most of the time.
I really think that I am wasting my 20 each month.Given chance I would like to OPT out valley trash.

The staff was incredibly friendly. The property was very pretty and very well taken care of. The apartment felt clean and I loved all of the windows.
