It is enjoyable and the location is great. I do see way to many spider webs and insects around stair wells and would be nice if they were sprayed at some point. There should be a better level of pest control.

This is a great neighborhood to live in, it is pretty quiet and in a safe area. The pros are that they pick up trash 4 days a week, there are two gyms, and it has direct access to the Champion Trails. The cons however, are that rent is really expensive for apartments that are not so upgraded, you basically pay for the area , people put their trash in the hallways and under the stairs, which is disgusting, and it often smells like curry because of the population that stay here. I also feel like there are people constantly walking around, which isn't that big of an issue, it just means that this area is safe. I like the new management as well they are super nice and always are helpful. They answer the phone and respond to emails in a timely manner. You don't get that very often. If you don't mind the cost of rent then I would definitely recommend these apartments.

Greatly pleased with my apartment. The property is great, amenities are amazing, and the staff in the office and the maintenance are all great and very helpful.

I like this property. It looks really good, well maintained and staff is really professional and friendly
But sometimes I can hear neighbors music and it would be better for me to change little bit garbage pick up schedule. Instead of Tuesday I'd prefer it on Monday, beause usually I have a lot of garbage after the weekend

I would tell them the entire property staff from leasing agents all the way to maintenance staff are friendly and efficient.

We have lived here for 2 years, after more than a decade of owning single-family homes. We were hesitant when switching to apartment living, but we've been totally pleased with this experience. What we've enjoyed most
-the atmosphere in this community is both quiet and bustling. We are right on the canal, able to watch the occasional gondola float by, join in free exercise classes on the plaza, and just go for lots of walks to feed the ducks or exercise. Even with this prime location, we have never been bothered by outside noise in the evenings or overnight.
-the maintenance crew is exceptional. They usually arrive within a few hours of submitting a request, are kind, and do a very thorough job at fixing everything. It's a true treat for us to not do our own maintenance as with owning our own home.
-the apartment itself, while much smaller than our former houses, has been surprisingly roomy. Someone gave a lot of attention to storage areas, private spaces, etc.
-our preschool-age son has made several friends while at the pool or flying kites at the playgrounds 4 within walking distance He's even developed an attachment to Ms. Paula in the Amenities Center, and Mr. Octavio and Mr. Sergio from maintenance.
-we work in Las Colinas and attend church in North Dallas. Both are only 10-15 min away. Great location for us.

All around, we enjoy this community and the apartment in which we live. I hope we stay for many more years.

I love this community It's very safe, clean, quiet and right on the canal path. Pools are great, close access to all highways and many restaurants. The only downside is I live on 2nd floor and can hear my neighbors above me running, their music blaring, their washing machine, etc, which is my ONLY complaint about why I wouldn't want to live here. Otherwise I absolutely love it

Our town home is perfect for us. Maintenance is great, awesome amenities center, everyone who works here is friendly and helpful and we love the location.
