I liked the apartment and the community.

The grounds were clean and the apartment I viewed was very inviting. The amenities were standard.

The agent was very friendly and nice. The community seemed like a great place to live.

The community was easy to locate and off a main road with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. The pool was amazing and one of the best pools I had seen at an apartment. Their fitness center was huge with at least five treadmills! The apartment was spacious and reminded me of a home and not an apartment feel. I could definitely see me calling this place home.

This community has everything you need. It is beautiful and quiet, but it has access to the nearby cities.

Very good close to all amenities. Could work on keeping the rising rent costs to less than 3% like in other states. Some of the staff could be more friendly and humane.

Good, but parking is horrible on weekends. There are too many people that swim on the weekends that do not live there. This is why parking is so bad. There is a rule about only residents can swim or 1 visitor per resident - but it is not enforced at all!

I would tell them that they are getting the best for their buck. I think the price range is very affordable, but at the sametime, the community is very clean, quiet, and conservative. It's peaceful, and if there are any problems, maintenance handles them sooooo quick.

Touring this community was so much fun. It was a grand view from the moment I walked into the leasing office and gazed at the beautiful and unique pictures on the wall, to the view of the super large pool area and sand volleyball area, all the way on the ride in the golf cart to see the apartment that was available to rent. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and would love to call this location home.

I love my first floor apartment, however, my neighbor on the 2nd floor above me gets up at 6:00 every morning and I can hear every step from one side of her apartment to the other side, it's very anoying.
The owner of this apartment complex absolutely must get this propble addressed. There is a solution and just adding 10 more free parking spots will make a huge difference. Solution is to rip out the grass stripes next to each free individual parking spot on every corner parking area, that would allow for two additional parking spots on every corner and on some corner an extra three or four spots. If you need me to submit a plan, please just ask.

I really enjoy living there minus the cockroaches and the lack of parking spaces.

The customer service was welcoming and cordial. The community was really nice. I would definitely recommend this community.
