Trash piles up because the compactor is broken or the chute is full

The garage is dirty and needs to be power washed on a regular basis. Doorway into the hall from the garage is filthy and needs to be cleaned on a daily basis.
Elevator is filthy and no longer has a/c like it did when we first moved in (May 2017).
Walls around the elevator doors and in the halls need to be painted.
The landscaping around the pool is not maintained-the ground is bare.
There have been no cushions on the outdoor furniture for the past year or more.
Security of our packages is poor-they're often left in the hallway near the concierge or in plain site at our door in the garage.

Safety and security concerns.

Community is not safe, clean, or well managed.

I would Not feel confident recommending this apartment to another electric vehicle owner. There are not enough charging stations.

we have had problems here for about a year now, I have actually had multiple people reach out and I've told each one too run far away

I have asked other residents who have someone living above them if they hear noise from their neighbor and they so they don't. I don't know if there is minimal insulation between the floors of the town homes or if I am just unfortunate to live below a stomper. It is very disruptive when it happens when I work and my ability to enjoy the one show I watch on TV every evening.

The community has not been kept up. We pay amenity fees and the services aren’t as attractive as they were when I moved in.

The maintenance and especially the landscaping has deteriorated. All cushions, umbrellas were removed over a year ago from the pool area and still haven't been replaced. Excuses of late/incorrect shipments, then COVID reasons. How does COVID affect an umbrella at the pool, if the pool itself is open, and daily cleanings are reported...?

Management turnover has been ridiculous in last 9 mos. The property isn’t being taken care of ie bushes aren’t being trimmed anymore, weeds growing bacci ball court, broken fountains, trash cans over flowing and not emptied in weeks, broken tv in courtyard for last 9 mos, Quality of people that are being leased to has gone downhill. I could keep going but I’m sure it’s redundant.

great location, easy access points (multiple), great garage build

It's expensive but beautiful inside, staff communication is consistent, amenities are good, things get repaired in a timely manner.
The parking garage is annoying sometimes when broken or clicker doesn't work.

The best place to live!

The materials that were used in the construction are cheap and you can hear all the noises from other apartments above and on the sides.
