The staff members were very warm and inviting. The furniture was a bit outdated and could be redecorated. The exterior of the property was clean and attractive, and it was in a quiet location. The property as a whole was very quiet.

My visit was an average visit. The leasing professional did not mention that the property was close to the Beltway, which would be perfect for commuters.

The apartment community was very nice and appealing. It was clean, and the upkeep was appropriate. The agent's customer service was great. The apartment was nice, however, I feel that it may be a little overpriced.

This was a well maintained community located near many oil and gas companies. The pricing was good compared to what other communities in the were charging.

This apartment is in a great location if you work along the Beltway or Energy Corridor. The community has done a great job of preserving the trees and the amenities almost feel like a resort. The apartments themselves are spacious, but some of the finishes seem a little outdated, even in the newer side. For the cost of the apartment, I would like to see newer appliances and trendier finishes. Overall it is a nice, well maintained area with very friendly staff.

This community is just like others in that area. The on-site agent was okay and mild, but was not personable. The property was being maintained nicely.

The community offered what I would expect from a grade A property. The communities strongest benefits would be the location and being near highways and the mall, without being overpriced or in a congested location. The agent mentioned the community also included a lot of mature beautiful landscape and a serene environment.

The staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating and the place is well kept. It is in a great location and right next to the freeway. There are many stores and shopping nearby. The apartment was well worth the money.

Everything about the lodge is awesome, the grass is my favorite, it is beautiful. The people in the neighborhood are friendly and i haven't had any safety concerns. Definitely somewhere i could stay for a while

This has been my home for years and I love the environment The maintenance people are dedicated folks The grounds are inviting The staff is marvelous I have found no comparable community, and I have looked and looked and looked. Yes, the parking can be problematic, but so can many other events experiences in life's journey. I have great neighbors, and have never heard noises other than everyday life's music. I listened to a child grow up in the apartment upstairs by the sounds she made over the years she was there. I knew when she started walking when she started running when she was angry and when she was excited by the sounds she made with her feet. It was awesome.
