I was thoroughly impressed with the entire presentation as well as the features that were highlighted throughout the tour.

As a real customer, I thought the community was in a great location and offered amazing amenities. My initial impression of the staff was great and felt like Aaron was genuine in finding an apartment home that would work for my needs. The community was beautiful and would be perfect for nature-lovers because of the walking path that was surrounded by tall trees. It was a great experience.

The leasing office was dated and traditionally decorated with dark wood and colors. The location was great and the entry was well manicured. There were gates on both sides of the entry.

The community was nice and the leasing agent was pleasant.

The community is attractive and reasonable in pricing.

The staff was welcoming and friendly. The agent I spoke with on the phone, even came out to introduce herself to me. The onsite agent did an exceptional job on the amenities, apartment and the community. He understood my wants, needs, and goals.

When I arrived at the property the sign was visible and the curb appeal was nice. As I walked into to the office, my first impression of the office was that it was old and out dated furniture compared to other communities I have seen. The colors were very brown and dull, nothing to stand out. The apartment I saw needs updating, it had carpet on the first floor, where other apartments are wood floors on the first floor. The light fixtures are old and dated. The counter top was old and the the appliances in the kitchen are also old. The agent did show me a one bedroom to see the updates they have, and the updates are much better than the non updated, but not outstanding, but decent. The community was quiet with a beautiful pool and a nice wooded area in the middle of the community. The agent I met with was nice, but the others in the office were just there, no smiles, no how you doing, just in the office with robot faces.

The Lodge at Spring Shadows is a wooded oasis in the middle of one of the most highly frequented areas in Houston. The community boasts vibes of Colorado and resort style living. The serenity and peaceful feel of the outdoors is just a balcony away. The staff cares about your needs and are true representatives of hospitality.

The office personal was very good. I saw all that the community had to offer.

The property is well maintained. The fact that there are only five out of 430 units available says to me that residents most likely are happy with management, location, and what they are getting for their money.

The leasing agent was very knowledgeable on presenting the apartment to me. In my opinion, it had the feel of a cabin in the woods. Very relaxing and comforting. The staff was young and full of energy, they knew very well how to find solutions to my needs. The location was nestled in what seemed to me, in a quiet relaxing area amidst the big city.
