It was a luxury community, just minutes from busiest thoroughfare in the city with tons of retail and plenty of dining. I would recommend the community.

In summary, the on-site visit was successful and thorough. The property was clean and quiet. The leasing agent was polite. His greeting was professional and friendly and the information he provided was complete. He offered options, based on my price point and what I was looking for. The property demonstration was good. He showed me the pools, a gym and lounge area and the apartment model.

Overall, I loved the community. I loved the location and the professionalism from the staff. I liked the apartment layout and amenities included and just the overall community. The only thing that I would consider if renting would be the traffic in the area and my everyday commute to my job and school.

When I arrived, the signage and front of the building was in great shape. The landscaping was well done and the community felt well taken care of. The leasing professional was friendly, kind and knowledgeable. The amenities, common areas and apartment home we all clean, smelling fresh and ready to be shown. I felt comfortable with the leasing professional and the energy in the building was a positive one. Based on my tour, I would have leased and would refer a friend or family member.

I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a home.

There were newer properties in the area with the same lease rent. However, they had updated the homes nicely. The agents on-site, met all of my needs and addressed everything I brought up.

A welcoming community
The lesson team and management are so nice and personable. Attentive and quick to resolve any questions that come up.
The facility is well maintained and one of the newest on the street I have wood floors and a kitchen island and I constantly see Maintenece taking care of the property.
The lounge is hotel resort quality and security is good the gated entrance and door to the building leave me feeling safe parking and entering even when coming home late.
The parking garage is on both sides of the street with over flow for guests I have never in 7 months had an issue getting a spot. I will be renewing for sure

The property looks nice overall and Chris in the office is very nice and has taken the time to get to know who I am. I have only been here 3 1 2 months and have had a few maintenance issues to date including problems with my air, pest, light bulbs, the tub faucet, the toilet handle just to name a few. Walls are pretty thin so I can hear my neighbors just having a conversations. Luckily, I can hear the apt above me so that is good.

The community is clean and neat. The staff is awesome and the amenities are commendable.

Safe community, staff takes care of you. The only problems experienced were caused by other residents or nearby roadwork on Voss.

Residents often leave trash by the trash chute rather than following instructions and taking it to the 1st floor dumpster. Residents also often forget to tell their guests to use visitor parking.

If you are loud, your neighbors will hear you, as with any apartment complex.

This complex is excellent value for this neighborhood, I would recommend to anyone.

The leasing professional took interest in finding an apartment for me and gave me a few options. Her demonstration was acceptable and engaging. The maintenance of the community common areas looked good.

I really enjoyed my apt here, no excess noise, the people are really great, It was great especially for the special I was able to get in at. Spacious apartment, clean grounds, maintenance was always right on time, a great place to stay.
