If looking for a new apartment home I would not want to call this home.

The leasing professional mentioned the resident events and pointed out features in the apartment.

The exterior of the community needed to be upgraded. The leasing professional was pleasant.

As a real customer, I would only lease at that community only if I had no other choice. The entire community needed to be repaired.

The apartments viewed have only be updated partially with vinyl flooring and new carpet. Cabinetry and appliances are dated and walls are not in the best shape. It is located in a convenient area close to the bus line, train, and not far from downtown and other destinations.

If I was looking to lease an apartment I would not pick this apartment because I did not like the floor plans and the curb appeal was not appealing. I think they needed to add landscaping for the community, it was just a plain ordinary apartment, it did not have a warm and inviting feeling.
