The community was in a good location. It was walking distance the Memorial City mall and other shopping, dining and attractions. The community was close to interstates and within minutes of the beltway. The floor plans were spacious and had comparable rates. The staff was friendly and professional.

Nice apartments in a great location. Mostly quiet and calm and in a feel safe location. Appliances could use some updating.

The apartment was not in good shape. White paint was simply painted over wood cabinets. Nothing was updated for the amount of money that was being asked. The grounds were full of debris. The property was close to the mall, but the building did not look like it was in the best upkeep. The closet had rods that needed painting. It was done just enough to get by.

Convenient location...and even though there are places with lower rent scales, we have to remember we get what we pay for and value is determined by the buyer or in this case, renter.

I've lived here for several years. The location is perfect for everything, the mall, hospital, school, park, and lots of good walking areas close by. Neighbors are friendly and it is very quiet here.

Overall, this is a quaint property in a very good area. It has a notable mall across the street, major grocery stores, and other shopping and restaurants in the area. The interior is a little dated but upgrades are being done. The leasing professional mentioned residents lived there for many years with everything at their disposal, and I can see why.

This was a dated property in need of upgrades and renovations, but it was clean. They offered spacious apartments with ample closet space. It was located close to a popular mall and major highway system. No washer/dryer connections but 14 laundry facilities were available to residents.

The property was not pleasing to me, so I would not be interested in living there.

The agent was sweet and did her best to accommodate me. However, I do feel a little more effort with the tour could have been made. Overall, the agent was very sweet!

Overall, my experience felt professional. She provided information I inquired about and had a pleasant personality.

As a real customer this was a great deal for the area.
