This property was clean, well kept and nice. The cost per apartment was more than reasonable, based on the area and the amenities. While it was not a newer community, it was quiet and clean. It had good sized apartments. The leasing agent was awesome and probably the biggest sell for this property. She was thorough, complete, polite and genuinely seemed to want to help me. Everyone needs agents like her.

My impression of the staff was a pleasant one. They showed genuine interest in my needs and a natural and pleasant attitude. The property was an older property and based on the rate, I may have shopped somewhere else. I can see why people may like the location based on price.

This is an older community, but it is just minutes from a lot of retail and dining. There are large and spacious apartments and simple amenities. It is managed by a reputable company, with excellent customer service. Great buy.

I would most definitely lease an apartment at this community. The leasing professional presented the community well enough to convince me to live there. She was friendly and knowledgeable of the community. She was effective in her closing techniques. The staff and amenities demonstrated an impressive tour. A diamond in the rough!

This community is much older than most in the area and has no washer/dryer connections. The community is in good repair and was exceptionally clean. If I was looking for a place that was comfortable with no bells and whistles, I would lease here.

In my opinion this would be a great place for a person who does not like a lot of bills. Tthis is by far the best community that I have visited that are all bills paid that looks really good and has been taken care off. It was in a prime location that's located by a host of shops and entertainment also conveniently located close to i10 and the Beltway.

The leasing professional was so great, everyone wanted to go out and meet a happy and genuine person like her, and the apartment was okay.

For the price of the apartment, I believe all appliances should be upgraded and not just regular appliances like any apartment down the road.

As a real customer, I felt that this community was lacking what other communities in the area were offering. The price reflected the age and condition. It was not as updated as I had expected, but it was clean.

I thoroughly enjoyed visiting this community. The leasing agents were very friendly and knowledgeable and the community was well maintained. The prices for the area were what impressed me the most. The community is very affordable. It is an older community that is nicely updated, but not so much that you pay an arm and a leg. The updates are modest to ensure prices can stay low. I will definitely consider this property when my lease is up.

The community was well kept and clean. The rental was such that I would not pay electricity and water, as it was all inclusive. That on its own was an appealing factor for me.

The location is amazing. The only negative feature was not having laundry in the apartment. Renovating the cabinets would also help the appeal. Overall, the community seemed very well kept and clean. Parking was a plus.

I would recommend this community to anyone looking for cheap rent in a great, centrally located community. There is a nearby park, shopping center across the street and it is close to the highways. The only downside was the smaller closets in the master bedroom. The location was ideal and in close proximity to the mall and the hospital.

The apartment is a little high priced, based on that is does not have a washer/dryer inside. The location is great.

The homes do not come with a microwave and the property was very old. The leasing agent was polite and wonderful, but the quality of the property was not good.
