Current unhappy resisdent

I have lived here for almost two years. When I moved in the apartment was under a different management group. They were awesome! The new management is terrible! Nothing is taken care of around here. There are several lights out throughout the property. Trash is always scattered everywhere (on the steps, parking lot). It feels very dirty. My neighbors (at least 2) play music very loud. I have a reserved parking space however the new management does not enforce towing all of the time. I truly hate living here and look forward to moving. Please reconsider of you are looking to move here. You have been warned....

New Company

All of the reviews 6 months and older are for the previous owners and management, which used to be Marquis on Eldridge. They have only changed the name on this page and the new company Bridges on Eldridge and the management are terrible. Go read reviews on Yelp.

As a customer I enjoyed the visit and the service.

I like the area. The units are spacious. Nice flooring and w/d is a plus.

At the start of my rental period, I was faced with a challenge dealing with bugs and roaches; this continued for some months. If other apartments are similar to mine, then I would have to advise my tentative referrals.
I apologize that you had challenges at the start of your term. We do try to be as proactive as possible with these types of issues. We hope to keep you as a valued resident.

I liked the pool area. There was a lot of room for entertaining and the area was covered. I also liked the different parking options that were available. I did not like the set up of the leasing agents'office. It was a small area and very distracting with two leasing agents talking at the same time to different people. It was hard to focus. My identification was also exposed when we returned to the unlocked office. I also noticed the disconnect between the call center and the property. I had to repeat some of my information. I thought that would have been on the system already. It was not major but a for sure observation. Overall, however, I would lease an apartment there.

My impression of the community was a very good one. I would move there and be happy. The staff was very pleasant, and the property was beautiful.

I would recommend it, but also warn them about the parking situation.

What would not make me recommend this apartment complex is the residence level. The residence level is definitely not that of being upscale. It appears that there are not a lot of professional residence in the community.

When I leased, I expected to receive higher quality amenities - like better gym equipment, better maintained pool and grill area, and newer appliances. My family and friends would not be satisfied with the condition of the amenities and appliances.

The office staff is awesome but someone in management has to take control of whats happening to the complex. Your apartments are not maintained, they have tons of damages in the apartment. Also you have a pest infestation problem. I've wrapped all my silver ware, plates, and food in Ziploc bags because its so bad. You'll see them running around in your food if you set it out for a few minutes, on your silverware in the cabinets and even your bathroom. I would say I probably dont see them for three days when exterminators come out but they come out again after that.

Superficially the community is adequate, but when getting to details all is old and tatty. This place needs some money spent on it!
