I would suggest they find an apartment that offers better value.

Ammenities and outside areas are dated. Gym equipment is broken and has been for months.

I would recommend the apartment, I really like living here. However, the security needs to be a little better. The side gate is fixed when asked but breaks very soon after, within 1-2 days. The middle tree's lights still do not work and after the attempted break in, it's important that this is done.

Hard to recommend a place I don’t necessarily feel safe at.

As I stated before, if you dont have a problem with people smoking cigarettes or marijuana and lied on the application that they do not, then I guess it is OK. I am curious as to how other companies handle this situation. Seemingly, the management cannot enforce this rule, so you have to put up with it until lease is up.

Formerly a hospital, the luxury high rise had a lot of character with exposed ceilings and stained concrete floors. There were also open-concept layouts and a variety of floor plans. Pricey but great location just minutes from the med center and major sports venues.

Will not recommend. Too many negatives.

My perceptions as a real customer would have prompted me to consider leasing at the community. Also my first impression of the staff and the community itself drew me in.

Not aware anyone is looking for a place to live in Houston.

The office staff is rude and there is no customer service . It has gone down tremendously . The cleanliness of the apartment is also awful .

The community was reasonably priced for the location and the amenities were in line with the pricing.

This apartment community is a complex south of the medical center in a great part of Houston. It is unique in that it has a bike barn and bike related amenities. The grounds and amenities was very high and the industrial design is interesting in a good way. I found the leasing agent to be engaging and willing to put forth the extra effort in an attempt to entice me to lease there. Overall, if I was looking for an apartment, I would be extremely happy to live here if the floor and stove top were able to be repaired/replaced before moving in.

I may or may not recommend the community to others.

The leasing professionals had a positive and professional attitude. They dressed professional. The property had a clean modern feel to it. The grounds were clean and well maintained. Signs that said "Marquis Loft at Hermann Park" could have been more visible.

This is hands down the best complex it ever had the pleasure of leasing from!!
