The leasing agent was friendly and professional. I had a great presentation that was led with confidence and I could tell the agent was knowledgeable about the community. The landscaping and décor around the property were orderly. The amenities seemed to be in good working condition. As a potential resident, I would have leased based on the presentation.

The community and grounds, overall, were clean and well kept. The inside felt like a nice hotel. The inside of the apartments were spacious with layouts that were unique. The leasing professional took pride in the community.

Based on the leasing professional's presentation, I would definitely have leased the apartment. Her attitude was extraordinarily welcoming. The community has nice floor plans and reasonable rated. The grounds are well maintained as well as the community. i would recommend my friends to this community.

Moving in/out of this community is difficult due to there not being a freight elevator and the size of the attached parking garage...unless you're leasing a first floor unit.

I really liked the location of this community. Although located off of Westheimer, it was very well hidden. The landscaping within the community made you feel as if you were a part of the neighborhood.

The community was located in a high profile and business area of town. It had a beautiful view from the street and was well maintained on the inside as well. The leasing consultant was very professional, friendly, respectful and jovial.

The staff was warm and inviting. She was very bubbly and excited about the property, the school district and the location. The added touch was the newly remodeled heated pool and Jacuzzi area. I loved the idea of the dimmer lights in the apartment, open garage parking and their 30 day no penalty guarantee if residents were not happy. The leasing staff, however, would be the main reason I would lease. I would definitely recommend the property. It just felt like home.

MQT is safe, quiet, close to shopping, restaurants, and other businesses. For me, it is located 25 minutes away from work (downtown).

This property was located in a great area, which is a plus. The property was well kept and very beautiful. The agent was very kind and courteous. during the entire visit I felt welcomed by her. She was very knowledgeable about the property and management.
