This was a large community with a variety of one, two, and three bedroom floor plans. There were two different finishes available. There was a lot of space. The community was in a great location, central to major freeways and with plenty of retail and dining nearby.

The agent knew her job and if she made me feel wanted. The location was perfect for lots of things, freeways were close such as the City Center, and it just felt like a good place to live. Here, I would invite more people over to relax. It was a relaxing feeling the property gave me.

This property is an A++ community with great geography to nearby Beltway, Katy Freeway, a large public golf course and shopping centers, restaurants and even the YMCA nearby just down the street too. The agent gave an excellent presentation and tour.
