The curb appeal when driving up to the property and leasing office was inviting. The landscaping was full of colorful flowers and made a great first impression. The leasing professional was professional and friendly. He was ready for my visit and thorough in the presentation. The kitchen cabinets had hardware on them and the flooring was shiny and looked new. The bathroom looked a bit dated but was acceptable. There was not a pantry in the kitchen, but a kitchen armoire would fit nicely in the dining area. I would recommend this property to others.

Overall, the property was in good shape and I could tell the management company kept up with the upkeep of the property.

This is an older community, but it is well maintained and up to date finishes. The pond is beautiful and it is my favorite amenity of this property.

The property showed very well and the level of customer service received was great. Although I truly admire the gated controlled access to the community, as a possible future resident, it was difficult to obtain entry. The keypad offered no direction on calling the leasing office.

I loved the property. The pool needed to be cleaned; it had some debris in it, but I think that was due to the recent weather. The apartment was wonderful; I really liked it. The only thing that would have possibly deterred me was there not being a policy for transferring other than living there for 7 months before you could transfer to another apartment. Other than that, the place was wonderful. The consultant was very attentive and had a natural flow to conversation. They made me feel comfortable, and were easy to speak with about what I was looking for in a home.

The community was well maintained. The customer service was exceptional and memorable. I loved the fact the community offered free coffee daily. Parking was limited for future residents.

This was affordable living just minutes from the medical center and sports/entertainment venues. It was simple but had clean amenities, great floor plans with upgraded kitchens, laminate flooring, and built-in bookshelves. It had great rates for a convenient location.

The property was very nice and located close to the medical center and a host of fine dining. The office staff was very professional. I would recommend the property to anyone.

I truly love the curb appeal. The tall trees and that red brick looked rich. I like the parking was covered. The apartment was very spacious and the fact that it was stainless steel without the high price and the study was a nice touch. I could really afford to live in there, it was a good deal.

This community was near the NRG Stadium and Reliant Park area near the old Astrodome sports stadium too. The Medical Center was very close by, and this community had really great curb appeal with a remote access gate, a voice box to punch in entrance codes and a little guard house upfront. The leasing professional gave an excellent presentation.
