The community is small with about 130 apartments total. There is underground covered parking and security gates. There is a laundry facility on-site. The landscaping and grounds were well maintained. The community is close to restaurants and the freeway.

The associate had good customer service skills. Although I did not see any amenities, the community landscaping seemed to be very well maintained. The community seemed to shine with pride.

The community was very well maintained but also very old. New casing, baseboards, bathrooms, and kitchens would really give it a face lift. The floors were very uneven and it was obvious when walking. There was so much that could be done to the community to make it special given the time, patience, and money. It appeared to be very charming in its time. The staff seemed to be very comfortable and knowledgeable with the community and I think helped it shine as best it could. Very, very, clean and neat surroundings.

The property was easy to locate. The grounds are well maintained. The property is vintage and the location is priceless. The staff is friendly. My first impression of the community was very positive.
