I would and have recommended and will again.

Building up keep such as power washing parking the garage/stairways and excessive trash near doorways, lack of digital access control security features.

I would recommend this apartment community because I think it is a great value luxury apartment complex in a good area.

I have seen many improvements at the District since last year. This is reflected in my conversations with others.

Lack of security and property upkeep has gone down. Hallway walls are dusty, walkways to apartment no longer get mopped or polished, areas need paint, the garage has dried spills near the doors, doors to stairways do not have proper latching.

The garage is always broken and you can’t get more than one fob which is a big inconvenience at times. It’s nice and cheap but the car break ins have picked up

Doesn’t feel safe/secure enough

The safety measures that still have not been taken to protect the community and our persona vehicles is ridiculous.

Loud neighbors and noise complaints never addressed.

The freight elevator doesn't work a lot. Hallways are trashy. Garage trash cans are overflowing a lot.

Too many young people, parking is horrible, expensive for not much room.

I have recommended it and a friend moved in a few weeks ago! I will continue to recommend it!

Safety not the best. Gates broken and open a lot, doors not locked due to being broken, has been like that for years

Cheap spacious living but amenities not reliable

I wouldn’t due to the location of the elevators and parking lot. The hallways are extremely cold during the winter and the opposite during the summer.
