Managers are wonderful, as is maintenance.
Love your feedback.

Apartment Review from an Independent Evaluator

At the quoted price, the A3 apartment had a lot to offer.
Thank you so much for taking the time to fill out the survey.

The leasing agent said the availability was limited, but I can see why. The leasing professional was amazing and very helpful! The community was extremely maintained and almost flawless. The apartments offered beautiful features. The pricing was on point!
Thanks for the positive review!

Based on the criteria of being a quiet community that is close to work, I would recommend the community to anyone who found the rent to be within reason.
Thank you so much for your feedback this really helps us understand our residents in hopes to clarify or make changes to better your experience.
Regarding your water bill payment to AUM you can actually make your payment here at our office by check and we can post the money to your AUM account. The other option would be to set up your account with AUM on auto pay through your checking or savings account, so the fee would not be charged.
We are working on a program for the parking at Stoneledge and should have something put in place mid to end Summer. We've been putting information together to determine the best process for our residents. We will introduce the parking tags to everyone in a few months.
Again thank you for completing the survey it really helps us.

Thank you,

I would not recommend an apt above the garage

Something I hear is complaints about parking. Which was not a problem first 2 yrs as it was not full.
Karen,

I appreciate your feedback regarding your concerns with our community. When we are highly occupied at 96% to 97% our parking lot is pretty full. Parking is tight so we've been auditing parking passes vs. actual vehicles per apartment home. Are plan is to start a new parking program mid to end Summer to help alleviate this concern.

Again thank you and if you would like to talk in more detail please don't hesitate to stop by the office or call me.

Thank you,

The apartment landscaping does not reflect the luxury price point and similar amenities. It is clear that the landscaping at the front of the property, near the leasing office, gets a disproportional level of care than other areas of the property.

Also, the pet waste is a serious problem. I am excited about the DNA pet testing that may resolve the issue.
Thank you so much for completing the survey. I would like to find out what landscape areas on our community need attention? I complete a property walk with my Maintenance Supervisor every other week and haven't seen the area you are speaking of. Please email me so I can take a look and get with our landscape company to make the location better.
Again, if you have any concerns don't hesitate to email or call me.

Thanks, Clarissa Shaw

Parking situation is horrible
Michael,

Thank you for completing the survey your feedback is important. I know our parking is tight especially when we are highly occupied. We started a vehicle and parking space audit and should have it wrapped up soon. Our plan is to put a parking tag program in place for our residents. We will reach out to everyone once we are ready start program.

Again thank you for being our resident and completing the survey.

Thank you,

Stoneledge Management

Appealing Environment.

I like the features that are available in the apt itself. But outside the apt, there are not many features, like a game room or home theater in the club house.

The whys seem explanatory per the questionnaire. The reasons I would not: too many issues with people who do not responsibly pick up their dog's feces; seems more geared towards "pet friendly" rather than "child friendly", such as having a doggy park and no play area for children. I do not count the pool as I feel this is a standard amenity for most apartments buildings in this price range. I lived in an apt community where they offered kids movies with snacks, arts n crafts, and holiday treats in the office.
And...the parking situation seems very much fixed that residents would have to be inclined to rent garage or carport. That would be an added expense I would tell people about, as I would not count on daily, reliable parking without garage or a carport.
