I actually recommended it to my daughter and she moved in with her family a couple of months ago. I love the location, the amenities and the staff. The apartments are nice too with a good variety of floor plans

I would recommend Stoneledge to my friends. I feel safe and the neighbors are friendly. I love my apartment home. Maintenance is excellent!

Things have deteriorated over the past several years. Gates are routinely inoperable, tenants constantly leave furniture and garbage near the trash compactor, dog poo everywhere, unkempt landscaping, etc.

It has declined since I moved in. Rent has jumped astronomically but things like landscaping tanked. Office staff has been fine, I don’t ask for much. Sitting on the patio all you smell is poop. Instead of trees or flowers we now have rocks.

Maintenance is falling behind compared to previous years. We have been here for 8 years. Wood floors needing repairs. Nothing has been done for almost 6 months since work order. Carpet has just been cleaned but still dirty. Dog business all over property. Office people don’t seem to want to get to know you like before.

I believe they would be very happy here if the location is right for them and they like spacious apartments, along with a beautiful pool.
