This was a very nice community. There were so many amenities from a basketball court to a car wash. There was also a nice trail for walking. It was in a prime area. The staff were very nice and genuinely helpful. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Beautiful community with a lot of amenities. The team is friendly and warm. We love how you keep up with the grounds and amenities.

So far away from grocery stores, post office, etc...

The community was beautiful. Clean and appealing. The amenities areas were some of the best around. Pricing was confusing and overwhelming. The quote sheets had a lot of fees which could be a negative to some people. The pricing explanation should be simple.

There are newer apartments with better updates for the same cost or cheaper!!

Front office ruins the entire complex which is unfortunate because the apartment itself has a nice community.

I would recommend this location to my coworkers who are airline employees due to the distance to the airport.

My experience with the complex and staff has been nothing but positive. My apartment size is adequate for my needs and the aesthetics of the apartment and complex in general are very pleasing. I am sure my friends and or family would have the same experience.

The community was quiet and pleasantly landscaped. The garages were a suitable size for one car and had a large storage room. The Leasing Professional was friendly and efficient.

the gate is broken all the time, the mail system is a cluster, the gym is not satisfactory compared to the other complexes, the service cases are done quickly but usually return because the problems are just bandaided. there are WAY too many snakes etc on the trail and no signs. the pool was broken many times, there seems to be riff raff in the complex often. it's just not that great for the value. Most CWS properties are often but this one can be a cluster

I was impressed by the community and what they had to offer their residents. I was also impressed by the knowledge of the agents.

It is a great community, except for the traffic noise from the highway. It keeps me up at night, and neighbor's loud vehicles wake me in the morning.

I love it here. I feel safe and every thing is kept very clean
