well dometimes I cant find a place to park...some nights I have a hard time sleeping because my neighbors are making noise but space wise I like the size of the apt and the maintence people are very nice and they fix things right away when they break I like the scenery lots of nature I like that

It has it s ups and downs but I love the area it s nice peaceful

I have rude neighbors that do not believe in respecting other people. Their surround sound is going nonstop in the evening to the point I can t sit or entertain in my living room. I left them a friendly letter telling them I could here the video game being played but they could care less. That reason alone has me looking for a new place to live. I understand noise here and there but not to the point where it alters what I do in my home.

I like the townhouse style layout of the 2 bedrooms, it is one of the few communities I found in this area with this type of layout. Having none above my and mostly who is below me is my garage and part of a 1st floor neighbor.

There is not a lot of vistor parking. but for me that is not an issue as I park in the garage and have space in the garage driveway for a visitor. If you have 2 cars in your family then you will have some issues.

The apartments are aged and worn, but you can see that going in - you know what to expect - for the price you would expect a little more.

My biggest complaint is trying to get any maintenance workorder done is like pulling teeth. I've had workorders go undone and I just do myself.
Currently I have a leaking toilet and have had a work order in for almost a week! I've gone to the office and was told it will be done the next morning... thats several days ago now.
Still wasting water... Like most things I'll by a flapper valve kit and replace it myself as I can only stand so much incompetence in doing what should be a simple job.

I love our apartment and the maintenance guys are always willing to help.. However parking is always a problem, and lately the gate code was taken away. Since we are only allowed to have one phone number registered at the gate box, sometimes my friends and family have to wait forever before they can get in to see me. Even the pizza guy couldn't get in the other night! I just wish we had a gate code again... Not having a gate code doesn't keep the bad guys out, it just annoys the residents.

Been here almost a year. Nice location but appliances are old and outdated. Unless you are 6 years old do t expect to take a bath, the tub is very small. Slow on work orders

I would tell them that work orders take forever. It's a nice place to live. There are some things that need updating. Overall, i would say the experience is ok.

The presentation was nice. The salesperson was excited and seemed interested in my needs. I just could not imagine paying so much for so little though. The property was nice, but I saw nothing there that would make me want to pay so much.

This property is simply beautiful, inside and out. The common areas are exceptional, and the two bedroom floor plans are spacious and newly upgraded. I would very much enjoy living at this community.
