This is a terrible place to live
This is the worst apartment community to live in. The property and corporate management are terrible. I lived there for a long time and it use to be really nice. Then they turned it into a second chance complex and then came the low life residents. If you really want a nice place to live go next door to the other apartments. Get away as far as you can from Stoneleigh Place. If you move into Stoneleigh Place you can't say that you were not warned!
They are very old
These apartments are very old. Every so often the foundations have to be worked on because they are sinking. There are very few things to do. They do have two swimming pools, playground for kids, and a very small workout room.. The parking lot is having to be fixed over and over. Quite often the water is being turned off to fix problems with the water pipes. The outside of the apartments were repainted but it usually does not last very long. They do not have enough open parking places near your apartment without having to walk a good distance to your apartment. The rent for the apartment is high for it being so old but I guess you get what you pay for.
The management does not care about your neighbors making noise. They give you lease violations for calling the police or city for supposedly making false reports. They give lease violations for things that they have no written proof of all your neighbor has to do is make a accusation and your guilty. They let more than the leagal limit of people rent apartments. All they care about is the money at the end of the month. You should think long and hard before moving into Stoneleighplace apartments and go to another apartment community that appreciate's their residents because here at Stoneleighplace they do not and if you move into Stoneleigh place apartments GOOD LUCK!!
I agree with the other comments about Stoneleigh place. I do mystery shopping of apartments and one of the first questions that I ask about is the noise and the reply is that they do not tolerate any noise from your neighbors. That is not the case here. The typical reply is "that is apartment living." No not when your walls shake and pictures fall off your wall from some of the noise. So if you want a quiet place to live then Stoneleigh place is not the place to live but if you like noise then this is the perfect place for you to live at.
