The grounds were well maintained. This is a more trendy community with shops on the first floor and apartments above. It was located within walking distance to the mall. That is definitely nice. The community is very pet friendly with six dog walks and lower apartments have small yards as well.

This apartment community is located in the middle of one of the largest outdoor shopping malls and is conveniently located next to shopping and grocery needs. I enjoyed the presentation and personality of the leasing professional I interacted with.

There was covered parking, two pool areas, a workout room and on-site storage facility. There was good proximity to shopping and the discounts offered were a bonus. I was ready to move in.

I really like the location of this property as it is off the tollway that I use to get to work. The accessibility to the outdoor mall with the stores and restaurants is an added benefit. The quality of the inside of the apartments was starting to show wear. I might live here if the rental rate was less.

The property was amazing with very nice features like a wellness center with free yoga and pilates. The features of the apartment were outstanding. The property was close to a mall and a highway. The leasing agent was captivating and enthusiastic.

Overall, I loved the community. I did however feel that the rent was a little high for most market rent in the area. The staff was very friendly and professional. I would definitely lease the apartment based on what I saw. The community was well kept and looked amazing.
