I really liked the community. It had all the latest and greatest. I really enjoyed my time with the leasing professional. There was a man laying outside the building with what appeared to be all of his worldly belongings when I arrived, which was a little disturbing.

It may seem a bit contrived that I marked 10 in all items of the survey, but this is exactly how my wife and I feel about the experience of living at The Marq. Everything is neat, the location is perfect, (restaurants, museums, etc) and the office personnel achieves that rare feat of being both professional and very warm. Great place to live!

I selected the Marq because I felt it was safe and an adult community. Unfortunately, the unit above me evidently has a small child that likes to run...all of the time! Not very courteous.

First floor halls are kept very clean, others not so much Parking garage is not kept very clean along with entrance of living areas.
